Instructions
  1. First prepare the ice base. To do this, leave the coconut milk to solidify in the refrigerator, the milk must be absolutely firm.
  2. Soak the cashews in cold water for a few hours until they are soft. Put all ingredients in your food processor or blender.
  3. If you have an ice cream machine, put all the ingredients (peanut or apricot variations) in the machine and freeze the mixture.
  4. If you don’t have an ice cream machine, pour everything into a container and place it in the freezer for a few hours. (If you prefer, feel free to use seasonal fruits instead of apricots).
