Broccoli is not only exceptionally healthy but also has an intense taste of its own, which can be perfectly combined with pasta.
Press the garlic and heat it in a frying pan with the butter/plant-based alternative and sunflower oil. Be careful not to let the garlic get brown!
Wash and cut the broccoli and carrots and steam them in the frying pan for 5 minutes
Add the lemon juice and deglaze the vegetables with the water
Add the stock and cream/plant-based alternative and cook the vegetables for another 5 minutes
Now add your favourite pasta and let it cook until the pasta is done
Grate the cheese/cheese alternative over it
Flavour the mixture with paprika, salt, pepper and nutmeg
