For cooking, you have 2 possibilities:
– Take the mozzarella sticks out of the freezer, then: heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and brown the sticks for about 3 minutes on each side. Reserve the excess oil on absorbent paper.
– Using a brush, brush your sticks with olive oil on each side. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 6 minutes, making sure to flip them halfway through.
