Instructions
  1. Cut the cod fillets into large cubes.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Form the mixture into slightly flattened balls and roll them in the breadcrumbs. Set aside in a cool dish for 30 minutes (or more).
  4. In the meantime, prepare the avocado mayo by simply blending all the ingredients in a mixer.
  5. Take the dish with the fish balls out of the fridge and cook them for 4-5 minutes on each side in a pan with a little olive oil.
