Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Prepare the asparagus and cut off the hard ends.
  3. Grease a rimmed baking tray with some butter.
  4. Place the asparagus and cherry tomatoes on the baking tray.
  5. Spread the rest of the butter in flakes over the vegetables.
  6. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and spread them on the baking tray too.
  7. Season the mixture sufficiently with salt, pepper and paprika.
  8. Pour the white wine and the vegetable stock over it and place the baking tray into the preheated oven.
  9. Now bake everything together for approximately 25 minutes — turning the asparagus 1-2 times with a fork during the baking process.
  10. To finish, garnish the asparagus with basil and parsley.

  1. Prepare glass noodles (see package instructions, usually boil them for 5-10 minutes), quench and set aside.
  2. Cut vegetables into small pieces and put into a bowl
  3. For the sauce: warm coconut milk slightly, add oil and lime juice, place in a bowl and allow to cool
  4. Cut the tofu into cubes, mix with peanut oil and press the garlic cloves into it, season with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan for about 5 minutes until golden. Now add the sesame seeds and fry for another 1 minute. If you like, you can add some honey or fish sauce.
  5. Spread the ingredients on the plates and garnish with chopped chilli and peanuts.

Wahrscheinlich, weil sich mit dem Wort “Mayo” einfach alles besser anhört.
