  1. In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds and water and let thicken for about 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, place coconut sugar, ground almonds, cinnamon and vanilla powder in a food processor or large bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the chia mixture and maple syrup, mix for about 30 seconds until you have a sticky dough. If the dough is crumbly add a little water.
  4. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  5. Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of about 5mm.
  6. Using a star-shaped biscuit cutter, cut out the biscuits and place them on the baking sheet covered with baking paper. If the dough sticks to the cookie cutter, dip it in a little water and continue.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let the biscuits cool for a few minutes on a cooling rack.
Recipe Notes

Store the cinnamon star-biscuits in an airtight container at room temperature.

  1. Den Ofen auf 180° C vorheizen.
  2. Den Brokkoli waschen und in Röschen schneiden.
  3. Die Röschen in einen Mixer geben und pürieren, bis sie eine griesähnliche Konsistenz haben. In kurzen Stössen pürieren, damit der Brokkoli nicht zu viel Wasser abgibt.
  4. Brokkoliröschen in eine Schüssel geben. Parmesan, Paprika und verquirlte Eier dazugeben.
  5. Mit einem Holzspatel vorsichtig mischen und dann mit den Händen kleine Klumpen formen.
  6. Für 12 bis 15 Minuten im Ofen backen.
  7. Heiss oder kalt geniessen! PS: In einem luftdicht verschlossenen Glas im Kühlschrank 2-3 Tage haltbar.

  1. Mettre le chou chinois dans un grand bol, ajouter le sel et verser l'eau frémissante.
  2. Bien mélanger et laisser reposer env. 15 minutes. Bien rincer le chou chinois, l'égoutter puis le mettre dans un saladier.
  3. Pour la pâte épicée : mélanger l'ail avec tous les ingrédients
  4. Ajouter la sauce aux légumes (carottes, radis et oignons) bien mélanger.
  5. Ajouter les légumes au chou chinois et mélanger le tout.
  6. Conserver le kimchi dans un bocal en verre hermétique pour 1 semaine au frigo.

Le kimchi peut-être ajouté dans tes salades, bols, wrap, en accompagnement de poisson ou viande.

  1. Cut the cod fillets into large cubes
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  3. Form the mixture into slightly flattened balls and roll them in the breadcrumbs. Set aside in a cool dish for 30 minutes (or more)
  4. In the meantime, prepare the mayo-avocado by simply blending all the ingredients in a mixer
  5. Take the dish with the fish balls out of the fridge and cook them for 4-5 minutes on each side in a pan with a little olive oil.

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  2. Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.
  3. Place the florets in a blender and blend to obtain a semolina-like consistency. Blend in short bursts to prevent the broccoli from giving off too much water.
  4. Pour the broccoli florets into a bowl. Add the parmesan, paprika and beaten eggs.
  5. Mix gently with a wooden spatula and then use your hands to form small pebbles.
  6. Place in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Enjoy hot or cold! PS: Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
